How it all started.
This all begun when on the year of 1993 Pacific Cargo Services and Trading Corp. (PCSTC) was established with Elizabeth F. Ramos as President and CEO. PCSTC is a freight and logistics provider with tie up from all over the world to offer tailor-fit and end-to-end services to clients.
Twenty-four years later, Elize Place Building and Elize Place Dormitory was established. Both companies are under the umbrella of Elize Place Ventures. Still, Elizabeth F. Ramos as President and CEO. PCSTC occupies the second floor and Elize Dormitory is housed at third and fourth floor. Elize Place Dormitory provides women with a safe and secure dormitory in the heart of Makati City.
Year 2021, PACFAST was established but this time it is entirely independent with Elize Place Ventures. PACFAST offers reliable instant or scheduled and on demand delivery service.
This year 2023, the President and CEO, Elizabeth F. Ramos, has ventured into another company, Elize Garden @ Mindoro. Her purpose is to offer quality yet affordable memorial garden to her hometown, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. Elize Garden @ Mindoro aims to get rid of the dark and gloomy atmosphere that so often accompanies usual cemeteries. Not only does Elize goes with her name Elizabeth, but Elize is French, Hebrew derivation meaning “Oath from God”.
